	October 6, 2009 ACT granted Canadian Transportation Agency Licence The Canadian Transportation Agency recently issued a licence to ACT Airlines to operate non- scheduled international services on a charter basis into Canada. The acquisition of the licence is a further step required in order to operate charter flights from abroad into Canada after having been granted a Canadian Foreign Air Operator Certificate which ACT received this past April.
